How can we suggest a natural landscape setting for 17 bespoke timber frame homes?
We were commissioned to work with Koto at this site at The Point in Polzeath, Cornwall. What had been a grass air strip would become a wooded, wild and interesting landscape scattered through with Koto Cabins.
We identified all of the cabin positions and developed an idea of snaking a series of Cornish hedges through the site to divide rough grass, meadow, lawn and garden spaces without using any defined boundaries between each cabin.
