Can a hotel garden feel like a small private space?

We were asked to create a Cornish coastal garden within the sloping topography in the site of a proposed boutique hotel. By breaking up the landscape into smaller zones, using a rugged palette of coastal plants and Cornish hedges our scheme provides gathering spaces for groups of people and more intimate enclosed plant filled quiet spots.

The project is in early stages of development.
