Can a garden be both contemporary and traditional?

We worked with architects Harrison Sutton on this scheme from conception, devising a way of fitting the house into a steeply sloping site and creating a series of different moments within the garden, terraces, hidden seating area and more open, level spaces. The planting is very loose, full of movement and with subtle repetition.
