Could we create a dramatic garden that would be easy to maintain?
This new build family designed by architects Harrison Sutton is on a steeply sloping site, or brief was to soften the building and make it appear as settled as possible within the first year.
In order to achieve this we built walls and created terraces to make every area of the garden accessible and useable. With fantastic sea views and beautiful light we decided to keep our planting palette really simple with large repetition of species to provide visual impact without being difficult to look after.
